The Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Palace of Versailles, and rolling green countrysides; what do all these things have in common? Of course, they are all in France. But they are also places that you sometimes forget actually exist. Occasionally, they merely seem like images in a book. What if I told you that at Missouri State University West-Plains can not only make these landmarks seem real, they can actually take you there to experience the wonder for yourself? It's true. Over spring break, the Honors Program takes some Honors students on "discovery" trips. Last year they went to Greece and Italy. This year we went to France! I had the pleasure of embarking on the adventure and it was unbelievable! We went to Paris, Normandy, and St. Malo. All of these places were absolutely gorgeous, and all who went had the time of our lives!
