Missouri State University-West Plains, just named a "Great College to Work For"  by the Chronicle of Higher Education, seeks to fill a full-time Tenure Track position in Computer Graphics & Programming/Computer Information Systems Faculty.

Responsibilities:

Teaching day, evening, or distance (including online and ITV) Computer Graphics & Programming/Computer Information Systems courses on or off campus as scheduled, advising students, committee work, and other duties as assigned.

Required:

masters degree in related field, terminal degree preferred.  This faculty position will teach courses in Game Development, Graphics/Game Programming, Web Animation, Graphics Scripting languages, Web development, Beginning and Intermediate Object-Oriented Programming languages, Operating Systems, Networking, Servers, and Computer Internship courses.

Preferred:

Teaching experience at the freshman and sophomore level.

Salary:

Range is $34,000-$40,000 based on qualifications.
