- Eight exam questions will be identified for evaluation of student understanding of theories and theorists.
- Six exam questions will be identified for evaluation of student understanding of typical growth and development.
- Students will complete 32 hours of laboratory experiences. Midterm and final performance evaluation scores will be provided. A grading rubric is provided to students at the beginning of the course.
- Students will complete a series of 10 observation worksheets based on their laboratory observations and experiences.

What is the performance standard (quantitative or qualitative) for satisfactory performance?

- 60% of students will get 7 or more questions correct and 70% will get 5 or more questions correct.
- 60% of students will get 5 or more questions correct and 70% of students will get 4 or more questions correct.
- At least 70% of students will obtain an average of 3 or better on the grading rubric. At least 80% of students will obtain an average of 2 or better on the grading rubric.
- 70% of students will earn at least at least 85 out of 100 points. 80% of students will earn at least 75 out of 100 points for this assignment.
