The tradition that started almost 40 years ago continues today (after a few years of hiatus) with the Faculty/Staff Pig Roast. A way of marking the beginning of a new school year, Missouri State University-West Plains Faculty and Staff get together for some good food, fellowship and a few laughs. Below are highlights of recent years.

	Weakest Link contestants faced a new challenge during the course of the game answering questions in the rain.
	Jay Towell receives his prize from Ann "Jill Stephens" Robinson for winning "The Weakest Link."
	The Green Acres Girls dressed up the chancellor & his wife and won the skit contest with their rendition of Green Acres (West Plains).
	The SAAC Singers perform their rendition of "Rawhide".
	The Golden Girls Go to College
	Judges of the Dessert Contest, Jay Towell and Jerry Trick chose Jill Stephen's Magic Cobbler.
