Another Outstanding Year for the Grizzly Booster Club!
L-R: Each year brings another impressive fund-raising effort from the Grizzly Booster Club as evidenced by this photograph taken at the conclusion of the 2005-2006 athletic year. The check on the left represents cash and in-kind gifts to the Grizzly Booster Club during the 2005-2006 academic year. The check on the right represents total cash gifts since 1998 to 26 named endowed scholarships. Funds raised by the Grizzly Booster Club are used for scholarships and other vital program needs of the Grizzly Athletics program at Missouri State University-West Plains.

The Grizzly Booster Club was formed in 1993 to provide community encouragement and support for the Southwest Missouri State University-West Plains Grizzly athletic teams. Funds raised provide for educational scholarships and other vital program needs. Without the work, commitment, and support of the Grizzly Booster club, Grizzly Athletics would not be possible.

Grizzly Track Award
|
The Grizzly Track Award was established in 1999. It is presented periodically to a member of the Grizzly Booster Club who has shown exceptional enthusiasm for and extraordinary support of Grizzly Athletics over an extended period of time. Actions by the recipient must have enabled Grizzly Athletics to take a giant step forward. Honorees are selected by the Executive Board of Directors of the Grizzly Booster Club.
