What is Web Registration?

Web Registration is the online registration process at Missouri State University-West Plains. Current and re-admitted students may register via The Grizzly Den administrative system according to student classification and hours completed.

When can I register?

Web Registration is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the exception of Friday 11:59 PM to Saturday 2 AM when the system is down for weekly maintenance. Although your registration status may state that you are eligible to register, you are still restricted to the dates and times listed in the printed schedule and posted on the Registration & Records web site.

What is needed for Web Registration?

Note: All degree-seeking students are required to contact their advisor each semester in order to ensure progress towards a timely graduation and to obtain the Alt PIN that is necessary for registration.


Web Registration requires entering the secure area of The Grizzly Den. To access the secure area a valid student ID and PIN are necessary. To determine your ID you may present a photo ID to one of the lab assistants in the Lybyer Open Lab or look on a recent grade report. If you have not yet accessed the Grizzly Den to view your grades then your PIN should be your birth date in the form MMDDYY. If you have accessed the Grizzly Den and can't remember your PIN, enter your ID and click on the Forgot PIN? button and provide the answer to the security question that you entered when you first accessed the secure area. If you need your PIN reset see one of the lab assistants, the Information Desk in Looney Hall, or e-mail WPPINReset@MissouriState.edu.
