Deadline Extended for Scholarship Applications

    WEST PLAINS, Mo.– Current and future students seeking scholarships at Missouri State University-West Plains have until April 15 to submit their application, campus officials have announced.
    Donna Bassham, coordinator of the Missouri State-West Plains Financial Aid Office, said the application deadline was extended from March 31 to April 15 because of weather-related disruptions in operations at Missouri State-West Plains, as well as at high schools across the service region.  Prospective students will now have the additional time needed to review available scholarships and complete the required applications, she added.
    Those interested in applying for scholarships at Missouri State-West Plains for the 2008-09 academic year can stop by the Financial Aid Office in Looney Hall, 128 Garfield Ave., in West Plains to pick up an application or visit the Missouri State-West Plains Web site at http://www.wp.missouristate.edu/ to apply online.
